Vibrating screens.
Plan around the sizes you need.

Define the finished fractions, feed condition and required throughput before discussing screen selection.

Equipment family reference. Screen size, media and configuration need project-specific review.

Start with the right inputs

A useful screening recommendation begins with the feed and the product you want to separate.

View the project checklist
  1. Material and feed condition

Share the material, moisture, clay content and any available size distribution.

  2. Largest feed size

State the top size entering the screen and the preceding process stage.

  3. Target particle sizes

List the finished fractions and the required separation sizes.

  4. Required throughput

Give the target feed rate, operating hours and expected variation.

  5. Screen media and openings

Describe any preferred mesh or screen media; final selection needs review.

  6. Site and power conditions

Share installation space, conveyor connections, power and wet or dry operation needs.

Conceptual route for discussion. Final configuration depends on project requirements.

The required fractions, material and screen conditions guide the route.

Look closer at the screening stage

Review the screen deck arrangement alongside your material, target sizes and site conditions.

Screen media

Discuss openings, material characteristics and the required separation. Moisture and fine material can affect the screening discussion.

Product and return paths

Plan where the finished fractions go and how oversize will be handled or returned to a suitable crushing stage.

Site fit

Confirm layout, access, installation conditions and connections with upstream and downstream equipment.
